On August 16, 2000, TOPS ORAPI Users were advised of a problem with fill and kill (FAK) orders routed through ORAPI to GLOBEX2, and all users were asked to cease submitting FAK orders immediately until further notice. We are happy to report that the problem with Fill and Kill orders has been resolved, and users are now free to enter FAK orders.
